Teligant is a full telehealth stack - software, licensed providers, and pharmacy fulfillment - that any brand can activate under their own name. We designed the entire product from scratch: patient experience, doctor admin, store admin, super admin, and a consumer-facing clinic. Over a year of work, leading a design team.

Four admin systems. One coherent product. Patient admin, doctor admin, store admin, super admin - each with completely different needs, permissions, and workflows. Designing all four as one coherent system, not four separate products bolted together, was the core challenge. Every screen had to feel like it belonged to the same world.

AI that reads patient data before the doctor does. Teligant doesn't just connect patients to physicians - it runs AI analysis on patient data to surface patterns early. The design had to make that intelligence visible and useful without overwhelming the doctor or alarming the patient. Medical data, presented clearly.

Hedfirst - the first brand built on the platform. Hedfirst is what Teligant looks like in the real world - a consumer telehealth clinic for women's and men's health, built entirely on the platform. GLP-1, skincare, fertility, hair loss. Same stack, fully branded. Proof the platform works.
