A CRM-integrated communication platform designed from the ground up.

CloudCall connects calling, messaging, and CRM data into one platform for sales and recruitment teams. We designed the full product from scratch - mobile app for iOS and Android, client admin, and super admin - over six months.

Three products. One design system. Mobile app, client admin, super admin - three completely different interfaces with different users and different needs. Built on one design system so everything stays coherent as the product scales.

A softphone app built for sales teams on the move. The mobile app was CloudCall's first - built on Flutter for iOS and Android simultaneously. Sales reps and recruiters needed to call, log notes, and sync with their CRM without switching between apps. Every interaction was designed around that workflow.

Admin tools that give managers full visibility. Client admin gave team managers control over users, permissions, and call activity. Super admin gave CloudCall's own team control over everything. Two different levels of access, designed clearly enough that neither group ever needs a manual.
