From an outdated Australian store to a US-ready Shopify redesign.
Sitting Pretty's new US owner inherited an Australian store that needed a full rethink. We redesigned the entire Shopify store - from the way customers browse colors to how they find their perfect match before buying.
Buying hair extensions online is intimidating - color, length, thickness, texture. One wrong choice and the product goes back. We redesigned the product page to guide that decision: detailed color views, clear variant selection, and enough visual information to buy with confidence.
A checkout flow that doesn't lose people at the finish line. Cart abandonment in beauty is brutal. We simplified the path from product to purchase - fewer steps, clearer order summary, and upsell moments that feel helpful rather than pushy.
Color filtering and before & after - because seeing is believing. We introduced a color filtering system so customers could browse by shade rather than scroll endlessly. Paired with before & after imagery, it gave shoppers the confidence to visualise the result before they committed.
